Three arrests for trying to get his name, address and signature removed from Council website

Stockport Council put names, addresses and signatures of council taxpayers on their website. They were told in a full Council meeting one Thursday of this data protection abuse. They refused to remove the offending items. Mr Parnell went to the Council on the Friday to tell them what was happening. After it had been announced in full council meeting the day before, he was even more vulnerable to fraud due to the Council’s actions.

They had him arrested three times over that weekend for trying to get his name, address and signature removed from the Council website. They put mine up there too. Another affected council taxpayer complained to the police and the Information Commissioner the following Monday and the details were removed.

Mr Parnell tried to report a Data Protection crime against himself and found himself arrested three times over one weekend. Barry Khan, Council Solicitor, was fully aware of this and happy with it. Is Mr Khan a fit person to hold public office? Are the LibDem Executive Councillors fit people to hold public office? I often wonder.

The same people responsible for the persecution of Mr Parnell are responsible for this too.

They drove Mr Parnell to attempt suicide in a police cell some years back. Even that didn’t stop the persecution of him, which carried on until a few months ago.

Why not do the job they are all very highly paid and legally obliged to do and that is to provide help for troubled children?

In addition to standing on the town hall steps for two years in the faint hope that some councillor or official might help him, he also attended almost every council meeting and has proof of that in the form of agenda documents for every meeting he attended. They all knew what was going on. Every chance they had they had him arrested – for using the town hall public loo, for trying to leave a meeting early, for trying to ask a council question as to why he had been wrongly imprisoned and why the punishment was continuing after he had been acquitted on appeal at Manchester Crown Court. I witnessed their treatment of him so many times and I, on occasion, begged the police not to arrest him.

In Stockport we live under the LibDem jackboot.

The same people responsible for the persecution of Mr Parnell are also responsible for this

The same people responsible for driving this young girl to jump from a towerblock are also responsible for refusing to help Mr Parnell with counselling for his troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. The Serious Case Review stated they would in future help people who came to them asking for help for vulnerable children. That is what Mr Parnell did and they sent him to prison. At no time has he been found guilty of any crime or any aggressive behaviour. Even knowing he had grade 3 oesophageal cancer with lymph node spread they were still arresting him before last Christmas. His last court case coincided with the date his cancer treatment at the Christie should have started. Another unnecessary burden heaped on his shoulders by the vile LibDems. He was found innocent. Never trust any LibDem – ever.

LibDem Leader of Council gloating because innocent man sentenced to 2 years 8am to 8pm house arrest

Why did the then leader of Stockport Council email me gloating at the fact that a sick, innocent chap had been sent to prison? At that time I had no authority to act on his behalf.
