200 companies registered at this scruffy shop in North London, just one of them with £700 million through its accounts. Goddard, Hogg, Weldon, the Corrises x 2, Meikle, Smith and Alexander bending over backwards to help these crooks.

I have taken the matter to the Chief Exec of HM Revenue and Customs. Whether that means an investigation into Goddard and your political chums I don’t know, but I do know that entire planning process was corrupt – the precinct could have been developed to a high standard by John Harrisson years ago. Your cohorts prevented it, and I am sure why the did that will come out in the wash.

I believe the Sandringham Road development at Cheadle Hulme was also decidedly iffy. Must dig deeper into that one

As for losing your ministerial post, remember God moves in mysterious ways.

Many thanks for your letter.

I have one concern I would like to raise. At the meeting it was felt that a higher court would need to give permission and not a magistrates court, but you seem to make no mention of that.

I lay out below my concerns regarding magistrates courts in general and Stockport Magistrates’ Court in particular.

It is well accepted in law that Magistrates’ Courts are not impartial, often comprising councillors. In the case of Stockport Magistrates’ Court, I was present while a very sick, innocent man was repeatedly imprisoned in Forrest Bank Prison for the “crime” of asking for his statutory right to counselling for his troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. When released from prison he was put under 8am to 8pm house arrest for two years, so he couldn’t even visit his dentist! Again I stress he had done nothing wrong and had been set up by corrupt staff at Stockport Council who were found at an expensive to the taxpayer, subsequent 3 day appeal at the Crown Court in Manchester to have lied in court:-

I remember you refused to help him at all and were very scathing of my attempts to get justice for a completely innocent and peaceful man whose only crime was to annoy the LibDem Executive Councillors in asking for counselling, which he had a legal right to expect for his very troubled young daughters, who weren’t even told by Social Services for 10 months that their birth mother had died.

Secondly, I am currently very concerned as to how there seems to be no Separation of Powers at Stockport Council/The Magistrates Court with council officials apparently acting ultra vires and carrying out legal functions which they are not empowered to do:-

Finally, we have a corrupt council, as is evidenced by the shocking case of the Toxic Waste Dump School – built deliberately too small at a whopping cost of £10 million to the council taxpayer and the Council is now talking about having to re-open a new school a few yards away. I told you, the Council, the Secretary of State for DCLG, The Secretary of State for Education and next door’s cat that it was being built too small enclosing evidence. You saw nothing wrong – and Stockport Council banned me for raising the matter. In addition, the school was to be put on unremediated brown asbestos, lead and arsenic, was deliberately put in a dangerous traffic situation that the police have complained about, there is circa £5 million adrift in the funding, there are no sports facilities to replace the lost playing fields demanded by Sport England and the future mesothelioma claims may well bankrupt the town, as they council’s insurers won’t pay and the council only demanded £5 million in public liability insurance from the builders – the same amount of public liability insurance I need to have a stall on Stockport market – and no contamination insurance whatsoever for a school built on a still gassing toxic waste dump.

Sadly, LibDem run Stockport is a corrupt council. I would, therefore, justifiably have no confidence in them or anyone who has been repeatedly willfully blind to the corruption all around us in Stockport.

I wonder if you would mind explaining the attached. Mr. Stunell would appear to have claimed for LibDem leaflets before the introduction of the communications allowance (img207); Mr Hunter appears to have given £4,000 to the North West LibDems on 3/10/07 (img238) and Mr. Stunell appears to have given £4,000 to the North West LibDems on 18/11/07. Could you please let me know exactly, with supporting documents, what was received in return for that £8,000.

He wants to protect the greenbelt whilst simultaneously proposing to destroy quite a lot of it under the M56 to A6 bypass.

The toxic waste dump school cost rose from £5.5 million in October 2005 to £7.5 million in December 2005 to £8.2 million by July 2006.

Now, as a person who apparently believes in people looking under the bonnet of local government, why am I branded vexatious (still after six years) for asking about this matter? How on earth can a primary school shoot up in cost like that over eight months? The cost then shot up to £9.9 million.

I look forward to receiving your response to pass on to other parties.

I wonder if you recall that I have provided you with all this documentary evidence in the past, yet you saw nothing to be concerned about at that time.

There is more, much, much more, not least of which is the failure to comply with the law to hold a public inquiry into the compulsory purchase of the land for the school, why it got through planning at all as it should have been refused on traffic grounds alone, never mind the brown asbestos, lead and arsenic on the entire site. I believe Michael Gove is bothered by asbestos in schools, so why on earth this should have been deliberately put on brown asbestos with full knowledge of the nature of the site and no contamination investigations to be done is anyone’s guess, but mine is corruption in planning at Stockport Council.

I have been branded vexatious by Stockport Council for raising the following matter:-

In October 2005 the cost of the proposed toxic waste dump was £5.5 million. (img 024)

In December 2005 the cost had risen to £7.5 million. Why, I asked? Don’t be vexatious SMBC said.

As minister at the DCLG and as my MP – ostensibly someone who believes in looking under the bonnet of local government and a taxpayer being an armchair auditor, I would like you to overturn this ludicrous vexatious label on me.

I look forward to any reply and to passing it on to interested parties.

Mr Parnell has never “engaged” me to work on his behalf. What I saw was a decent, honest, determined man being abused, beaten, wrongfully arrested, placed under house arrest and imprisoned, to the detriment of him, his wife and his daughters, and a lazy MP paid to help him with his lawful request who instead is willfully blind to the corruption of his political cohorts.

I have sent Debbie Abrahams, Labour candidate at Old and Sad, all details of the LibDem iffyness regarding Mr. Parnell. She is interested in the police manpower issue. I am sure she will be interested in how the LibDems at Stockport have abused the powers and time of the police to persecute a completely innocent man. Hundreds and hundreds of hours of police time wasted and you and Foster Grime had the cheek to moan about the police in your election leaflets.
