Dear Monitoring Officer

“In the UK, the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) also does not govern what can be said, asked, or answered during council meetings. Instead, like its U.S. counterpart, FOIA in the UK is about access to information held by public authorities, not regulating public meetings”.

I hope you won’t be trying this on again as is the case regarding the still gassing toxic waste dump school, illegally built too small (an offence under the Fraud Act 2006), illegally developing a recreation ground without a public inquiry, with no 650,000 pound replacement Sport England replacement public sporting facilities, from which 6 million pounds went AWOL at 2009 prices and where lethal brown asbestos fibres were left in situ.

Some of you could end up in prison – you really could.

Yours

Sheila Oliver
