Dear All

This is notification that there is a covenant on the land at Padden Brook, Romiley.  To remove the covenant would require a long legal process, it would require the agreement of local residents and there would need to be a compelling reason for it to be removed.

If you give the go-ahead for building on the site any houses would need to be subsequently removed, and you would be in the frame for costs.  I know that Smart, Clark and Roberts are lazy and useless, but they have excelled themselves in their imbecility with regards to this issue

I am more than happy to send you my copy of the covenant should you wish.
