Email to council enforcement copied to senior council officers, councillors, MP
Dear Sir or Madam
The landowner is back on the Padden Brook SK6 site again this morning, near to the protected species. He is not allowed to disturb this protected, amenity land. He overturned a bulldozer the day before yesterday.
He has been reported to the Health and Safety Executive
I can only assume the local councillors and MP are on the take, because they have done nothing about this situation since last August.
I shall again report this to the council’s insurers. I hope you take action because the lazy, useless councillors never do.
