In a recent Werneth Area Committee meeting a neighbour of Councillor Angela Clark complained about traffic going down the Tang in Romiley – the post had been removed. It just needed putting back up. Clark said she would sort it out. Instead of just a post we got a gang of about 20 men and a huge planer. They planed this historic little cut through, tarmacked it, and burst a water main.
My question is how much did this work on the Tang cost, presumably to buy votes for Clark?
