This is a photo of Stockport Council’s Solicitor, Barry Khan. He is responsible ultimately for blocking questions which had the result of covering up a multi-million pound fraud against the council taxpayer and putting 550 primary school children and babies on unremediated brown asbestos. He is also responsible for appalling human rights abuses against the Town Hall Protester.
