How on earth did the toxic waste dump school get through the planning process at Stockport, given it was across-the-board unsafe and broke countless planning regulations?

Because people like me who knew what was going illegally on were silenced by the former and current Chief Executives, current and former Monitoring Officers, and the exclusively LibDem Executive councillors. And do you know they are still trying to silence me a decade +++ later.

The toxic waste dump site was public open space, so why didn’t they act legally and hold a public inquiry into its development?

The Council took this sign down and threw it in a ditch shortly before they published their development plans for the site.

They should have put a notice like this in the local paper and if there were objections to the loss of the site, they should have held a public inquiry.



After the school opened the Council admitted the problems, but my questions on the matter were still deemed “vexatious” – someone who lost a child in a road accident.

After the school opened, the police complained about the dangerous traffic situation, but my raising this issue is still deemed to have been “vexatious”.
