No money for school crossing patrols, so children get injured, but £2.5 million over next two years available for often incompetent bypass consultants, and the bypass will fail at public inquiry.

One of the statutory objections received was from a householder who believed they had a decade long interest in the land to be compulsorily purchased for the toxic waste dump school, so by law a public inquiry should have been held. Stockport Council knew it would have lost such a public inquiry, so they lied to the Secretary of State regarding the nature of the objections.
I was right about the school being too small, an offence under the Fraud Act 2006, I was right about the dangerous traffic situation, right about the financial irregularities, right about the drainage problems and right about the contamination.
Anwar Majothi lied to the Information Commission and achieved this verdict because the ICO don’t bother to read evidence submitted to them.

There is some connection, I believe, between the funding for the Fairway School and the Vale View School. Not yet got to the bottom of it, but I shall.
