Utter secrecy as one would expect from the LibDems who run Stockport.
NPS Stockport has only been allowed to continue trading with a guarantee from the council taxpayers of Norfolk (and I bet they don’t know that). The firm cannot make a profit from its core business. The NPS/Norse Group seems to have acquired a ragbag of companies along the way and as I understand it (and I may be wrong) the council taxpayers of Stockport are liable for some of the debts of these other companies. Why was NPS Stockport set up by Goddard, Weldon, Derbyshire et al? Certainly not for the benefit of the people of Stockport!
