Mr Parnell attended the Executive and Council meetings on 23rd and 26th of June respectively. He was asking for help. Asking for counselling for his lovely troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. Why did nobody help? Why didn’t Andrew Webb, Director of Children’s Services help this man with his problems? No-one helped. No-one did their job.
