Corrupt Stockport LibDems refused to help Mr Parnell RIP when he asked the Corporate Resource Management & Governance Scrutiny Committee for help on 7th April 2009 for counselling help for his two troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. Nobody listened; nobody cared.
