Mr Parnell, RIP attended the Corporate, Resource Management & Governance Scrutiny Committee Scrutiny Review Panel on 19th Jaunary 2008 to ask for counselling help for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. Nobody listened; nobody cared.
