Mr Parnell attended Victoria Area Committee on 23rd October 2008 to beg for counselling help for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. No help came even until his death in 2013, hounded to the last even whilst paralysed in Intensive Care by the dodgy LibDem run Stockport Council.
