If the Magistrates Court imposed the criminal anti-social behaviour order and not the Crown Prosecution Service, who do I take this matter up with regarding that? Gosh, I hope it isn’t the Council. Please let me know.
I am going to Keir Starmer about all this, who seems a decent chap
I am glad lawyers and caseworkers are informed they must not discuss cases openly in court in the presence of members of the public. Maybe they need reminders from time to time.
