Mr Parnell attended the Children & Young People’s Scrutiny Committee Scrutiny Review Panel – Raising Aspirations ( but they didn’t scrutinise or raise aspirations did they!) to beg for counselling help for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. Nobody helped.
