The bypass is supposed to create jobs. That is what the LibDems say.
After 10 years it is likely to have created 600 new jobs if we are lucky. That is £480,000 per job; cheap at half the price to shore up the dodgy, Stockport LibDems, eh!
It will cost £480,000 for every bypass job created.
