Mr Parnell RIP attended the Adults and Communities Scrutiny Committee Scrutiny Review Panel – Substance Misuse in Stockport to beg for his legal entitlement to counselling help for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. Nobody helped.
