(and stood as a GLA candidate in 2012) but stresses her local
credentials. She is currently a charity Chief Executive. The Lib Dems
have been embarrassed by their lopsided parliamentary delegation
(50 men and 7 women), which she will help address. Lisa Smart is one
of the graduates of the Lib Dem Candidate Leadership Programme
