purchase/demolition of property opposite town hall for construction of
offices

Dear FoI
Officer

I believe buildings
from the 1840s opposite the town hall are being demolished in order to build
more office space. The entire town is full of empty office blocks. Who came up
with this proposed development and why?

Kind

Sheila

Dear FoI

Are postal votes
counted before the rest of the votes are counted on election night, and if so
which individuals are privy to the number of votes cast for each
party?

Many thanks and kind

Sheila

Supreme Court ruling on Air Quality. Where does that leave the corrupt LibDem A6 MARR?

“The supreme court has ordered the government to make plans for tackling the UK’s air pollution problem, which has been in breach of EU limits for years and is linked to thousands of premature deaths each year.

London and several other British cities have failed to meet EU standards on nitrogen dioxide (NO2) levels since 2010, running the risk of fines from Brussels and prompting a legal challenge by NGO ClientEarth.”

“Still no work going on on the bypass construction”

Bypass Posted on Sun, May 03, 2015 08:05

“Still no work going on – but they have erected a fence in the last week at
the Woodford end, at Moor End Golf Course. Seemingly to divide the land, where I
believe the bank will begin at the extension end of the bypass.”

What is the problem here and will the council taxpayer have to pay?

Dear FoI
Officer

Please may I have,
by email, any information held by SMBC regarding the apparent SEMMMS water leak
investigations. A big hole has been dug in the field off Woodford Rd, next to
Birch Hall kennels. What is the problem here
please?

Emergency hole.

Why was the bypass started without the Great Crested Newt Permit despite the admitted risks?

Dear FoI
Officer

The SEMMMS Project
Board meeting minutes from the 23/3/15 state:-

“10.7 BE noted
that GCN EPSL is a key risk in terms of timely receipt of

approved licence
from Natural England (NE), and NE response to

licence
application of bat works longer than statutory response
time.

CMS Mar /April

Please let me know what
documents SMBC holds pertaining the the exact nature of the “risk in terms of timely receipt
of approved licence from Natural England”.

Secondly,
please let me know on what date the approved licence was received by the SEMMMS
Authorities/SMBC and please let me have a copy.

Many thanks
and kind regards.
