Email from Leader of Stockport Council 13/7/2009 at 13.05

Hi Sheila

Just to let you
know that Mr Parnell appeared at the Magistrates
Court today for trial. He appeared before District
Judge Berg in relation to an assault on Frank Craughwell.

He was found
guilty. He was fined £150, ordered to pay £250 costs and a surcharge of £15.
The Judge said that he found Frank and Steve to be ‘persuasive and straight
forward’ witnesses. He found Parnell to be ‘evasive’ and that his actions on
the day had been deliberate and provocative.

Mr.Parnell was
given an anti social behaviour order which lasts for 2 years.

What was your
description of him?

By the way
the Magistrates court has nothing whatsoever to do with Stockport Council.

Best Wishes at all
times,

Dave.

As usual avoid the
question if does not suite. You seem make consistent allegations about people,
however Mr. Parnell has been dealt with by the court of the land and found
guilty of assault. I hope you will forward this information to your media
friends, if you don’t be assured I will.

Best Wishes at all
times.

Dear Councillor Goddard

Thanks a lot for your reply –
astonishing to get one.

When I checked with the
courts I was told the Magistrate’s court was run by the Council. Perhaps
I am wrong, perhaps the information was wrong. Anyway events are
progressing nicely.

We now also have to establish
the minute details of the 71 times the police were called, the abandoned court
case last January and the cost of this case.

We shall all see how this
ends – we live in interesting times.

By the way, I note your
LibDem candidate in North Reddish doesn’t feel able to come to meet local
people – that speaks volumes.

With warmest best wishes

Sheila

Email from LibDem Councillor Kevin Hogg

LibDem Councillors Posted on Sat, August 15, 2015 14:56

This is an email from the then LibDem Chair of the Planning Committee at Stockport Council and still on the Planning Committee, firstly suggesting I claim a village green to stop the toxic waste dump school being built (which he voted for at the committee meeting) and then calling Tesco Tosspots. LibDems eh, what’re they like?

Miss Marple

Whoops your`e at it again how dare you upset our lovely
(not)CIC still think the best bet of stopping it is to go for village green
registration it stopped Tosspots why not the council. The decision is also made
out side of planning and I think is delegated to the Area Committee Best wishes

Subject: Harcourt Street

Dear Councillor Hogg

I am currently engaged in Chief Executive fighting, but I
always stand

up to bullies.

Regarding Harcourt Street, the constant mantra is that it
has been land

designated for a new school for 30 years or so. Well, refusal of

planning permission J89 from 7/5/1974 – which is about 30
years ago –

states ” (3) the land is tipped land and is
unsuitable for building.”

One wonders, does one not, why Stockport Council should
declare land

unfit for house building because of toxicity and them
immediately set it

aside as a potential school site.

This barking mad decision has never been questioned in
the intervening

decades.

Kind regards
