Dear Applicant,   Please consider this as our formal response to your information request which was logged under the above reference number and treated as a request made under the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) 2004. Your Request:  Information you require: Dear FoI Officer

Temporary in planning terms is 28 days. The trailer has been on the land for over six months.

What work on the land? It is a Local Wildlife Site and protected amenity land. What work on the land that doesn’t need planning permission has been undertaken and why was it allowed? Is it yet more planning corruption to add to all the rest? If none of the lazy councillors or officers wish to respond, please then treat this an another EIR request.

Our Response:  The council remains satisfied that the landowner is undertaking works to tidy the site including but not limited to the removal of detritus and that these works are not development requiring planning permission.  The owner has confirmed that the trailer will be removed once the works are complete.

Kind regards,
