Dear Ms Naven

The Executive Councillor responsible for the proposed school on a still gassing former dump intensively tipped from 1954 to 1974 on which no contamination investigations have been made over the site of the proposed school, and which has doubled in cost and has some very, very serious financial anomalies associated with it, feels that the replies you won’t give me on this subject could be given to a third party.

So, to sort out this problem and  to not further waste the very valuable time of Mr. Warburton at the ICO, please supply all the documents I requested to Mrs. Penkethman. She could go through the process of submitting requests for these documents, but you claim the workload is a problem to you and you have all the requests already, so it would be simpler to simply email her all relevant documents.

I look forward to hearing from you, although I note Mrs. Penkethman’s own FOI request is being studiously ignored.

My belief is that release of these documents will incriminate Stockport Council.  We live in interesting times.
