Don’t forget to deal with this properly – I think the Information Commission is getting a bit fed up of you wasting their time and valuable resources.
Please let me know how many houses the Council estimates will be eligible for Part 1 Land Act 1973 compensation with regards to the Poynton road scheme announced today.
We need to know exactly how many houses and what level of compensation they could reasonably receive. As I understand this roadscheme, any shortfall due to rising costs would have to come from council taxpayers, so we need to keep an accurate check on all potential costs.
I look foward to hearing from you. I think Mr. McMahon should have the information.
