Dear Ms Naven
“The recent meeting with DfT has clarified that they want a new Major Scheme Business Case submitted for the funded scheme before Programme Entry can be awarded. They have indicated that they believe the process could be completed within nine months but that will be a very challenging target to meet.”
Please may I have a copy of the business case by email.
Many thanks
Mrs S J Oliver
