Mr Parnell attended the Corporate, Resource Management and Governance Scrutiny Committee on 21st September 2010 to ask for counselling help for his two troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. How very much easier to have him arrested and imprisoned than to simply do the job they are paid to do, and one has to wonder why the Police were so compliant in arresting Mr Parnell.
Mr Parnell wrote on the bottom of the agenda document: “Complaints are a means to improve effectiveness” but not in Stockport where they can land you in prison.
