Corrupt Stockport Council would rather arrest a vulnerable person who comes to them asking for help and for their legal entitlement that to help them. This is under Andrew Webb, supposedly wonderful Head of Children’s Services.
Mr Parnell attended the Adults and Communities Scrutiny Committee on 20th September 2010 to ask for help for his trouble adopted daughters. He got none, of course, under corrupt LibDem run for a decade Stockport Council.
