Mr Parnell attended the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee on 9th October 2008 to beg for counselling help for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council.
The dodgy LibDems who run Stockport at no point fullfilled their legal obligation to provide this for his family.
