Mr Parnell RIP attended the Environment and Economy Scrutiny Committee on 8th January 2008 to beg for counselling help for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. No help ever came.
At this meeting the excellent Councillor Harding raised the issue of councillors being expected to agree minutes when they weren’t seen. Agreed though not seen or not available in agendas.
