Arrested to stop him asking a council meeting question

Five years down the line this corrupt LibDem Council had not sorted out his simple problem when he died.

Why the hell didn’t the then council leader, Dave Goddard, simply do his job, comply with his legal obligations and help this man? What would a £415 fine (imposed on an innocent man) do to his already struggling family? Nick Clegg, in the full knowledge of what Goddard had been up to, made him a Lord. This ghastly lawbreaker is now involved with law making. You really couldn’t make it up.

Frank and Steve were found at Mr Parnell’s expensive Crown Court Appeal to have committed perjury. This is them in action:-

Is this how the Leader of a Council should respond when a man he has a legal duty to help but hasn’t is imprisoned for a trumped up charge of assault with a sneeze? He delights in telling the press about it? Not fit for public office in my opinion.

“Mr Parnell has been dealt with by the court of the land and found guilty of assault. I hope you will forward this information on to your media friends, if you don’t be assured I will.”

Mr Parnell held a sign up saying – Hello How are you – to allow people to approach him to asking him why he was carrying out his protest. If he approached anyone, they immediately arrested him for it.

Stockport Council is vicious and unjust under the LibDem jackboot. The Council wouldn’t help his family, wouldn’t respond to his requests by letter, wouldn’t let me act on his behalf. What else could he do but enter the Town Hall to try to get the help he had been asking for for over a decade?

Then Council Leader Lord Goddard and former police officer Councillor John Smith, asking why they were allowing him to continue to demonstrate. Because he had a legal right to do so, but not under the Not-So-Liberal democrats.

He was not currently breaching his ASBO according to the log, but that didn’t stop anyone arresting him. The Criminal Asbo was imposed for an alleged assault with a sneeze which the Council, CPS, Police and Magistrates Court knew hadn’t happened because they had the CCTV of the non-assault. Mr Parnell RIP was acquitted of this ludicrous offence in a 3 day, £10,000 per day Crown Court Appeal.

Mr Parnell cleverly pointed out it was impossible to harass a building – he was still arrested for it though.
