LibDem Stockport Council to re-house 1200 plus refugees in Green Belt

Bypass Posted on Tue, August 04, 2015 19:48

Well over 1200 refugees will be re-housed by LibDem-run Stockport Council. They will be re-homed in Cheshire Green Belt and will be given professional, follow-up welfare visits until at least 2018. At what cost to the council taxpayer? We are not yet allowed to know. These mitigation measures are likely to fail.

All to buy votes for former LibDem MP Mark Hunter and wannabee LibDem MP Lisa Smart. That went well then!

1200 Great Crested Newts alone affected.

The vile and destructive LibDems should be culled.

Have they run into trouble again over the A6 MARR?

A Quatermass pit over the mining area. They have had to get the big drill out over the last couple of days.

Is this the entire ‘progress’ since February 2015? How much are these problems costing the council taxpayers of Greater Manchester?

Dodgy Roberts says only tiny amount of ancient woodland will be destroyed

Carrs Wood, Poynton.

From a total area of 2.3 hectares, 0.08 hectares of ancient woodland is
built over but the damage extends much further. Woodland Trust recommend new
roads come no closer than between 50 and 150m. Since the ancient woodland is
only 300m wide half the area will be damaged by the road.

Another area of ancient woodland was identified at the confluence of
Norbury and Poynton brooks. This has been totally ignored.

Supreme Court ruling on Air Quality. Where does that leave the corrupt LibDem A6 MARR?

“The supreme court has ordered the government to make plans for tackling the UK’s air pollution problem, which has been in breach of EU limits for years and is linked to thousands of premature deaths each year.

London and several other British cities have failed to meet EU standards on nitrogen dioxide (NO2) levels since 2010, running the risk of fines from Brussels and prompting a legal challenge by NGO ClientEarth.”

“Still no work going on on the bypass construction”

“Still no work going on – but they have erected a fence in the last week at
the Woodford end, at Moor End Golf Course. Seemingly to divide the land, where I
believe the bank will begin at the extension end of the bypass.”
