Where is our tram system?

Bypass Posted on Wed, July 09, 2014 19:01

SEMMMS Final Report 2001

“10.9 The consultation exercise indicated a degree of scepticism from both the public andelected members that the strategy will be implemented. Given the way the study area’s transport system has developed in the last few decades, this scepticism is understandable. Again, it is important to note that the recommended strategy is deliverable and practicable, but the onus is now on the implementing authorities to deliver the strategy, and the Government to meet its Ten Year Plan funding commitments.”

But where is our tram?

Whole SEMMMS strategy must be implemented

Bypass Posted on Wed, July 09, 2014 18:39

10.13 SEMMMS 2001 Final Report

“Finally, it is stressed once again that the strategy recommended by this study must be implemented in its entirety if its benefits are to be fully realised. It is not possible to pick and choose elements from the strategy because they are apparently the most popular, or are easy or quick or cheap to implement. The full benefits from the strategy will only be seen when it is implemented as a whole. If this should be proved not possible, the entire strategy will need to be reviewed. With the continuing commitment of the local authorities and the funding support of the Government, combined with the widespread support indicated for the strategy from the consultation programme, an environment has been established for the successful implementation of this study’s recommendations.”

However, we have no tram system.

Not one councillor (except Bailey/Harding) questioned what was going on

Subject:
Did anyone at all at the Council question the cost to the public purse of what
was being done to Mr Parnell RIP?

Dear FoI
Officer

I constantly raised
the issue of what was being done to Mr Parnell, amongst other things the cost to
the public purse. Did anyone else at the Council do
this?

I enclose a link
detailing just some of the abuses carried out on
him:-

http://www.sheilaoliver.org/custodies,-arrests,-imprisonment.html

And these are some of
the many times Mr Parnell RIP attended council meetings to beg for help, which I
am in a position to prove. For any meetings he did not attend he was either in
a police cell or in prison:-

http://www.sheilaoliver.org/begging-stockport-council-for-help.html

So, did anyone –
Goddard, Derbyshire,
Weldon, Hogg, Roberts, Pantall, Bodsworth, John Smith, Meikle, Majoth, Boylan,
Khan, Candler, Lucas, Mayors
or any other official or ruling
councillor raise the issue of what this was costing in Legal Aid, Magistrates’
Court time, Crown Prosecution Service time, Police time, Probation Service time,
Crown Court time?

Obviously you can
answer this question because in no way does it compromise Mr Parnell’s memory or
his family to disclose such details.

If none of them did,
then I would question their suitability to hold public
office.

I look forward to
hearing from you.

Kind
regards

Sheila

Subject: Cheshire East building on
SMBC land and SMBC say they have no information about it. It is a good job I am
vigilant!

Dear FoI
Officer

I thought I was told
under the FoIA and EIR 2004 that SMBC held no information regarding Cheshire
East’s relief-road-for-the-relief-road and
junction
, and now I learn that some of SMBC land is apparently
needed for this mystery junction. Was Councillor Jones going to take our land
without your knowlege or permission? The upper limit of naughty in my book! I
assume this was an oversight on SMBC’s part and I will accept any apologies, if
indeed warranted, with the grace you would expect from a lady of my advanced
years.

Please let me have
all the documents you have pertaining to the junction land (referred to in the
attached document). I sincerely hope you will not find this request in any way
rude, offensive, vexatious or a waste of money.

Also, what text was
it highlighted in green on page 5 which was
deleted?

With warmest best
wishes

Sheila

Is Stockport land being given away

Bypass Posted on Tue, July 01, 2014 17:54

Cheshire East Council sent this email ccd to the Chief Executive at Stockport Council, the chap in charge of the bypass project and a Mr Wood.

Stockport Council claim under the FOIA that they know nothing about this.

Lord Goddard pulls the strings – Custody 10/3/10 16.59 to 12/3/10 08.25

Town Hall Protester Posted on Mon, June 30, 2014 18:06

Mr Parnell (whom the Police have admitted was completely innocent) was held in custody from 16.59 on 10th March 2010 and finally released on 12/3/10 08.25

following a suicide attempt at Cheadle Heath Police Station. Cheadle Heath Police Station in Stockport is notorious for deaths in custody:

The Police have admitted Mr Parnell was completely innocent.

Why was Lord Goddard so keen to have Mr Parnell repeatedly arrested?
