Mr Parnell attended Stepping Hill Area Committee on 14th July 2009 to ask for his legal entitlement to counselling for his adopted daughters. Nobody helped; nobody listened.

Mr Parnell attended the Adults and Communities Scrutiny Committee on 25th February 2008 in the vain hope that someone would listen to his problem and fulfil their legal obligation to help him with his simple problem. Nobody listened and nobody helped.

Nobody could have cared less at the Social Inclusion and Community Cohesion Working Party on 27th February 2008 which Mr Parnell attended. Nobody listened.

Mr Parnell RIP attended the Environment & Economic Scrutiny Committee on Wednesday 5th March 2008 in a desperate attempt to get much needed help for his family. Nobody listened; nobody acted.

Mr Parnell attended the Children and Young People’s Scrutiny Committee on 2nd April 2008 to ask for help. He did not receive any, despite his having a legal right to counselling for his lovely adopted daughters. LibDems eh! Sociopaths.
