Mr Parnell asked for help for counselling for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council at the Environment and Economy Scrutiny Committee on 23rd September 2010.

He raised the matter of being denied access to agenda documents and denied the opportunity to make notes in contravention of the Local Government Act 1972.

Nobody listened; nobody cared.

Mr Parnell made the observation that he was learning law from a lawless council.

Mr Parnell attended the Audit Committee meeting on 28th Setember 2010.

He asked about the breach of the Human Rights Act 1998 in his case in relation to a fair hearing and consideration of what he was saying. He stated: “I fall vicitim in not being allowed to ask questions or to scrutinise.”

LibDems, eh, no commitment to human rights. No basic human decency.

Nobody listened; nobody cared.

He raised the matter of safety and duty of care.

Mr Parnell again asked for help at the Health Scrutiny Committee held on 31st March 2009.

He raised the issues of the statutory requirement to reply within 20 working days. They never replied to him on anything.

He asked about support, preventative measures, what facilities for carers. Nobody listened; nobody cared.
