Mr Parnell asked for counselling help for his lovely troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council on the 10th February 2010 at the Licensing, Environment and Safety Committee on 10th February 2010.
He raised the matter of safety and duty of care.
Nobody listened; nobody cared.
