Mr Parnell RIP attended the Children and Young People’ Scrutiny Committee on 1st October 2008 to beg for counselling help for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. They had a legal obligation to help him. They never did – just kept sending him to prison for asking them for help. Why would anyone ever vote for these vile individuals?
