Mr Parnell RIP attended the Children and Young People’s Scrutiny Committee Scrutiny Review Panel – Raising Aspirations (2) 14 – 19 to beg for his legal entitlement to counselling help for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. Nobody helped.
