Mr Parnell RIP attended the Corporate, Resource Management & Governance Scrutiny Committee on 11th November 2008 to beg for counselling help for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. No help ever came.

Mr Parnell RIP attended the Licensing, Environment and Safety Committee on 12th November 2008 to beg for his legal right to counselling help for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. No help ever came.

Mr Parnell attended the Executive Meeting on 18th December 2008 to beg for counselling help for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. No help ever came.

Mr Parnell RIP attended the Adults and Communities Scrutiny Committee on 12th January 2009 to beg for his legal entitlement to counselling help for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. No help ever came before he was driven to an early grave aged 58.

Mr Parnell RIP attended the Children and Young People’s Scrutiny Committee on 7th January 2009 to beg for his legal right to counselling help for his lovely, troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. No help ever came.

Mr Parnell raised the concern that at this meeting minutes were agreed but there was no written details of the minutes anywhere.

Also, Mr Parnell wrote a note in the agenda: “Councillor Weldon must learn to behave; his comments offended me.”

Mr Parnell also wrote in his agenda document from this meeting “Political priorties not children’s interest.” and “two thugs by his side bullying Scrutiny Committee members” – enigmatic!

At this meeting the excellent Councillor Harding raised the issue of councillors being expected to agree minutes when they weren’t seen. Agreed though not seen or not available in agendas.
