£415 fine for assault which didn’t take place
Town Hall Protester Posted on Wed, December 10, 2014 19:27 Mr Parnell was fined £415.00 for an assault which never happened. His family could not afford such fines and this action dragged them further into misery. Yet another twist of the knife by the cruel Stockport LibDems.
