Missing Sports Facilities – £650,000 Sport England planning condition ignored.

This was their justification for the destruction of valued sporting facilities on the existing site.

“The costs to provide additional sports facilities…. at the Mill lane site is £625,000…”

Where are the additional sports facilities which were promised at planning and also a Sport England planning condition? There was nothing at all on the site last time I looked. Who trousered this further vast sum of money? Vexatious of me to ask them and a waste of their precious time.



School not big enough – “stress the need for confidentiality”.

An offence under the Fraud Act 2006 to act to deliberately cause someone (the council taxpayer) a loss. Why build the new school knowingly too small?

I asked a council meeting question on the subject. Refused as “vexatious” under the Freedom of Information Act, but the question was not asked under the FOIA.

At the very outset the school was being built too small. Why? Don’t be vexatious and stop wasting our precious time, said the LibDem councillors and senior council officers Webb, Sagar, Schulz, Khan and others.
