When you receive that response, if you are dissatisfied, it will advise you on how to escalate your complaint to Stage 2 and if you are still not satisfied with your response you can then write to the Ombudsman.

Dear Ms Bates

Oh, I wish to.

But my further complaint is about you and the Chief Executive.  People paid such high salaries should act on information received and not, in football parlance, just show up.  That is why  I always go to the top where ultimately the responsibility lies.

The landowner at Padden Brook should be informed that it is not  remotely possible that he will be given planning permission to build houses.   Then he might stop his ongoing destruction of the land.   I asked an EIR request about what the Council had said to him.  Do you remember?  No response yet and seriously overdue.

As with the ludicrous planning decision at Hatherlow Sunday School where permission for 11 apartments was given with no parking spaces whatsoever, I wonder if the Council’s  dear friend, Mr Planning Corruption, has popped in again (Aquinas, Offerton Precinct, the still gassing toxic waste dump primary school – documentary evidence available again on request).
