Subject: Padden Brook – landowner turned up at site this morning with a chipper

Dear All

Get the local councillors and Council  enforcement to the site.  The landowner has just driven off with a chipper behind his van but he will be back.  What does it take to get you highly paid panjandrums to comply with the law?

Yours in disgust

Sheila
