Please consider this as our formal response to your information request which was logged under the above reference number and treated as a request made under the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) 2004.
Your Request:
What action has been taken by Stockport Council to get the Padden Brook landowner to remove unsightly equipment dumped on protected Amenity land and a Local Wildlife Site at Padden Brook. I did ask my local councillors – Smart/Clark/Roberts to look into this, but I am still waiting and the unsightly junk is still on site.
Our Response:
We can confirm that there is currently an enforcement investigation taking place in relation to this site. However we cannot share any further information at this time.
