Dear Mrs Oliver
Thank you for your email.
I have sent it to the relevant officers to lodge your objection. It is likely that this will not come before the Area Committee until the January meeting.
Kind regards
Vicki Bates

PS
I can retrospectively get the police to look into previous planning corruption at Stockport. As Lord Denning insisted there is no time limit for fraud. There are a lot of planning worms in a lot of cans at LibDem Stockport Council
Yours
Sheila
Lord Denning famously stated that “fraud unravels everything” in the case of Lazarus Estates Ltd v Beasley (1956). His exact words were:
“No judgment of a court, no order of a minister, can be allowed to stand if it has been obtained by fraud. Fraud unravels everything.”

Dear Ms Bates
I see the above is envisaged for the protected amenity land at Padden Brook. The landowner wants to build housing which cannot legally be built. He has destroyed the habitat of dormice and other protected species on protected land, and you all let him do it. The local councillors have done nothing for months whilst the land was butchered. None of the above needs to be done. No neighbour is worried about the fence Ash saplings should not be felled – potential problems with the footpath – nobody has used the footpath for years. The street lamp has been fine for years
The fork undermining the wall. The council is responsible for that huge wall of over 60-year-old concrete. If the landowner is corruptly allowed to build housing, the council would not be able to access that retaining wall, which is at the end of its lifespan now. The Council has a lot more to be worried about than a Sycamore fork undermining it
Please accept this as an official objection to the above application. I wish to speak at the planning meeting where this is to be discussed if you could let me know when that is.
Could you please also ask Ms Curle to bring to all her staff’s attention that if housing is given the go ahead on this site I shall be contacting the police regarding planning corruption. There has been a lot of planning corruption nodded through by her department in the past – Trident Foams – non-removal of toxic waste, Offerton Precinct – I have kept all the evidence, Tesco at Portwood, Aquinas College – overbuild, non-removal of contamination, taking of public playing fields, and last but not least the still gassing, toxic waste dump primary school at North Reddish. I should have gone to the police in the past, but they had a very close relationship with the Council and were themselves found to be corrupt. You yourself, Ms Bates, are covering up financial irregularities of over £6m.
You all remain my humble servants
Sheila
