Mr Parnell only asked for counselling for his lovely, adopted daughters who had had a terrible time with their birth parents.
The Serious Case reviews of these two terrible incidents meant that Stockport Council in future agreed to help parents who came to them asking for assistance with children who had problems. Not what they did for sick, innocent Mr Parnell or his lovely family.
They framed and falsely imprisoned him for alleged assault with a sneeze, which CCTV they had showed hadn’t happened, and they refused to allow it to be shown at his trial – evidence exonerating him completely.

Town Hall Protester Posted on Thu, September 05, 2019 01:41The Stockport CPS did this to sick, innocent Mr Parnell RIP for asking for his legal right to counselling for his lovely, troubled daughters, who were adopted from Stockport Council. There was a ?Masonic coming together of the Council, Magistrates Courts, Police and Crown Prosecution Service to deal with someone Stockport Council thought was being a nuisance to them, so they had him subjected to hundreds of custodies, dozens of arrests and repeated imprisonment for alleged assault with a sneeze. CCTV proving his innocence was not allowed to be shown at his initial magistrates’ court trial, despite Mr Parnell begging the Council, Police and CPS to allow it to be shown. The then Leader of the Council, now LibDem Lord Goddard, refused to allow it to be released.
