Mr Parnell had to apply to the courts to allow him to visit his own solicitor

Town Hall Protester Posted on Thu, December 11, 2014 18:20

Because of the actions of corrupt Stockport Council, Mr Parnell was banned from going within 1 mile of the town hall. If he needed to visit his own solicitor he had to apply to the Magistrates Court to vary his bail so he could attend. Mr Parnell, the police have finally admitted, was a completely innocent man.

Mr Parnell arrested 3 times for correctly reporting Data Protection offence

Stockport Council posted up the names, addresses and signatures of council taxpayers on their website. They were told of the serious Data Protection offence on a Thursday evening in the full council meeting by an affected council taxpayer. It was publicly broadcast at that meeting that this information was available. Despite this the Council refused to act until the following Monday, when other affected people contacted the police and the Information Commission.

During that weekend Mr Parnell was arrested three times for trying to have his name, address and signature removed from the council website. Only in dodgy Stockport could such a thing happen.

Here is the video of him trying to report an offence. And he was arrested for it.

Former Council Solicitor Khan a big part of the problem

April 2008 and the vile then Council Solicitor, Barry Khan, tells the Local Ombudsman that he would arrange an advocate to help Mr Parnell with his simple problem, and the Ombudsman speaks of the “heavy emotional load” on Mr Parnell.

Six months later in October 2008 Khan “was planning to contact” Mr Parnell. He didn’t though.

It was a good day for Stockport when Barry Khan ceased being the Council Solicitor.

Put on probation even though acquitted

Although Mr Parnell was acquitted of any assault, although the security guards who accused him were found by the judge to have committed perjury in court, Judge Bernard Lever had Mr Parnell punished. It is a basic tenent of British law that no-one should be punished for a crime they did not commit.

“No man is punishable or can be lawfully made to suffer in body or goods except from a distinct breach of the law established by ordinary courts of the land.” A V Dicey

But Crown Court Appeal Judge Bernard Lever did punish Mr Parnell and he had to do community service. Mr Parnell’s solicitor also, apparently, failed to realise this further injustice, which is odd.

Mr Parnell refused to do his community service, quite rightly, as he had never committed any crime.

I wonder, I really do, if there was some sort of Masonic score settling outfit at work here. Why on earth punish a man who had just been acquitted?

A sledgehammer to crack a nut? You weren’t kidding Mr Parnell

The local MP Andrew Stunell and the Executive Councillors and Chief Executives Schulz/Boylan, Council Solicitor Khan, Complaints Officer Anwar Majothi didn’t have even the basic understanding of their obligations under the Human Rights Act.

Mr Parnell often told me he was learing law from a lawless council

Mr Parnell often felt intimidated

But he had to keep on because his lovely, troubled daughters needed the help the family had a legal entitlement to receive.

The security guard mentioned in this note was found by Judge Bernard Lever to have perjured himself at Mr Parnell’s 3 day Crown Court acquittal.

Despite this year after year the same security guard was allowed to continue calling the police to Mr Parnell and to have him repeatedly arrested.

Banned despite never being rude, offensive or violent

Never vote LibDem. They have no respect for basic rights and no desire to serve the council taxpayers.

Mr Parnell begging council official Martin Whiteside to deal with his banning

Town Hall Protester Posted on Wed, December 10, 2014 20:22

The ban was never lifted – even when he was terminally ill. I pay Mr Martin Whiteside to deal with complaints properly. The failure of Stockport Council to deal with this has had a huge impact on the public purse in court, CPS and police time.
