I am writing in response to your request for information (ref FOI 7844).
I have contacted Cllr Roberts who has provided the below statement.
Thank you for your request regarding Mr Parnell. I very rarely saw Mr Parnell on the steps of the Town Hall. Although he did attend a number of meetings as all members of the public are entitled to do, I have never witnessed Mr Parnell being arrested. It would not be appropriate for me to discuss details of contacts from a member of the public.
