Mr Parnell attended the Corporate Resource Management & Governance Scrutiny Committee on 13th January 2009 to beg for counselling help for his lovely troubled daughters adopted from Stockport Council. Nobody listened; nobody cared.
Mr Parnell commented that for the item 4) Approval of the creation of a wholly owned company to manage older peoples (sic) providers services – the documents were not available to present before the committee. This was a company which crashed spectacularly later on. Dodgy LibDems – is nothing they do open and above board?
