Dear C HRAMIAK, Branch Crown Prosecutor

Thank you for your further comments.

I would like to say that if you look at Mr. Parnell’s actual Criminal ASBO, it doesn’t appear to be a legally binding document. Perhaps you would check into that for me. There is potential for huge embarrassment there.

I realise the Court doesn’t decide where a prisoner serves his term, doesn’t pay for police costs etc. I am concerned at what has happened overall in this case and about the overall and future costs.

From talking to the relatives of various defendents, this discussing of their personal details quite openly would seem to be a common problem. Maybe there should be a blanket reminder to all staff of their obligations under the Data Protection Act.

I look forward to hearing from you regarding the legal standing of the CRASBO document.

Yours

Mrs S J Oliver
