Due to the actions of the Stockport LibDems, year after year after year Mr Parnell RIP who was completely innocent and the courts and the police have admited this, was not allowed to go within 1 mile of Stockport Town Hall. Not to the library, McDonalds, the railway station, the art gallery, Citizens’ Advice.
